1. We’ll answer your call. If we can’t, we’ll return your call within 1 hour.
2. We’ll respond to your email within 24 hours of receiving it (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We’ll always strive to meet our promise and if is an instance where we haven’t done that for you, then please contact us and let us know what happened.
If we haven’t kept our promise, then we’ll give you a choice between:
1. R50 in cashbacks, deposited in to your HealthSaver account if you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member or into your Momentum Money Savings Wallet if you’re not.
2. R50 as a donation on your behalf, to the MMH Foundation Youth Employment initiative.
