- The voucher will be valued at R250.
- Members can buy the voucher from the Multiply online shop and use the existing payment options for the online shop or pay via EFT directly to the health professional.
- The voucher is valid for three months from the date of purchase.
- Your fitness assessment voucher will be sent to you via an SMS within six hours of purchase.
- You can buy an online fitness assessment voucher for another Momentum Multiply member.
- The voucher cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- The online fitness assessment can only be done by one of our accredited health professionals. You can book your assessment here.
- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the assessment, your voucher will no longer be valid.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your assessment, you can reschedule the booking within the three-month period.
